We offer purposefully designed bacteriological incubator, fabricated to suit diverse applications in laboratory. The outer part of their double walled body is made of S.S. or prime G.I. with duly powder coated finish while inner part of SS 304 or SS 316 grade. Their insulator part is filled with standard thick thermal insulation and is having adjustable mesh/perforated trays. Their heating elements are designed in coil form supported with refractory or long lasting S.S. tubular heater and fixed at sidewalls or backside inner wall as per design & airflow pattern. Their air circulation system is having motorized air blower, which is dynamically balanced, blowing in the air at bottom and coming in working chamber from sides without recalculation of air. They have a microprocessor based temperature controller cum indicator with sensor having temperature range, ambient + 5°C to 60°C and accuracy ± 0.5° C or better. Laboratory Model - Muffle Furnace Rectangular horizontal electrically operated furnace, is wound with high quality resistance wires fitted in metallic cabinet and insulated with Cerwool Insulation. Outer metal cabinet of heavy gauge dully painted with heat resistance paint specially developed for such equipment. Unit is fitted with thermal fuse which melt and break circuit to the heating element (Safety) when working temp. exceeded. Sunvic Energy Regulator is fitted for precise controls.
